You may cancel your service request at any time. However, if a mechanic has already been dispatched and is en route to your location, a Cancellation Fee of 鈧300 may be charged to cover travel costs.
If we are unable to provide service due to unavailability of mechanics or severe weather conditions, we will inform you immediately. No charges will be applied in this case.
Spare parts (batteries, tyres, etc.) sold by us come with a manufacturer's warranty. We do not offer cash refunds on used/installed parts unless they are proven defective immediately upon installation.
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please report the issue to our support team within 24 hours at help@quickmech24x7.in for resolution.
